Here are some ideas to add to your hot cocoa bar:

Planning a holiday party can be very stressful. Whether it’s for your family, friends, or coworkers planning something that everyone will enjoy can be a tough task. But there’s a no better time than the holiday season to get everyone together to have some good food and fun. We think the best theme holiday parties are Secret Santa, Cookie Swap, and Ugly Sweater Party and here’s why.
Secret Santa is great when you set a low limit for the budget you are able to spend. This way people get creative with their gifts and wrapping them in sneaky ways makes it even better! Just because the gift is heavier or bigger does not mean its better!
An Ugly Sweater Party is a great way to make sure the laughs keep coming. It keeps the mood light and everyone loves showing how just how ugly their sweater is!
Cookie Swap is a great party theme because it’s simply delicious! You can’t go wrong with mass amounts of treats that everyone can enjoy. It is also great because it takes off some of the pressure to spend the couple days leading up to the party cooking.
Party favors just add to the fun of the party, just look at this party from the other week! Where else can you wear crazy hats, show off your craziest dance moves, and wear cool sunglasses inside? Sounds like a good time to us at Party Excitement! Leah, Jake, and friends definitely know how to have fun and they were even more excited when we broke out the party favors.

Check out Sara & Jeremy’s wedding from last month. Adam Averback was the Emcee and we had wireless up-lighting, a Deluxe DJ Booth, Pro Light Show, Bliss Lighting, and a custom GOBO. We think it looked amazing!
1) Floral centerpieces are a classic way to decorate your table. A great way to give it a more thanksgiving feel is by simply adding berries, mini pumpkins, and/or pine cones.
2) Candle sticks are great for candles but there is another great way to utilize them for your Thanksgiving table decorations: pumpkin pedestals. Buy the small pumpkins and place them on your favorite decorative candle sticks to add height and dimension to your centerpiece.
3) My personal favorite is a pumpkin center piece. Buy some small size pumpkins (not the minis) and carve out the inside. Just like you would use a vase, buy your favorite fall colored flowers, berries, leaves, and even grapes. They usually have these at local flower shops but its easy and cheaper to do it yourself!
4) A simple and elegant way to add accents to your table are by using the following: large glass vases, candles, and leaves. As show in the above image, it is very quick and easy and you can find those vases, if you don’t already have them, at your local craft store.
